Full Job Description

  • Strategic oversight of clients, with access to top decision-makers in various areas, including broadcasters, production companies, commercial partnerships, brand development, IP creation, marketing, content production, digital strategy, live events, publishing, and corporate functions.
  • Client Retention: Ensuring excellent service and facilitating career growth for all represented individuals.
  • Client Recruitment: Focusing on identifying and onboarding high-potential, revenue-generating talent.
  • Staying informed on industry deals: Building and leveraging high-level industry connections and sharing relevant insights with the wider Entertainment team.
  • Leading negotiations (with full support) for all relevant clients, while managing your own P&L responsibilities., This position involves managing the day-to-day career development of artists in the entertainment industry. You will be expected to proactively source new work and opportunities for clients by utilising your network and expanding it through meetings and introductions to key stakeholders.
  • Management responsibilities include: scheduling, travel arrangements, client liaison, social media oversight, content creation, financial administration (invoicing and contracts), attending and accompanying clients to TV recordings, photo shoots, events, and red carpets, handling deal negotiations, pitching clients for opportunities, and meeting with industry contacts.

  • Extensive experience in Talent Management.
