Rotational Pharmacist

You will provide expert pharmaceutical knowledge to pharmacy, medical and nursing staff working across a variety of wards and departments.
Duties will vary dependent upon the rotation but will include medicines reconciliation, clinical screening and checking of prescriptions, and general clinical pharmacy duties., We work together, and in conjunction with MSE Health and Care Partnership, to deliver excellent local and specialist services, to improve the health and wellbeing of our patients in a compassionate way, and provide a respectful, but vibrant place for staff to develop, innovate and build careers.
