Full Job Description

  • To serve our existing retained estate management portfolio throughout the North East and North Midlands of England
  • Client care - leading and developing existing Clients and teams, ensuring there is a good legacy of capability with direct Client and stakeholder contact
  • General associated rural professional practice work
  • Lease renewals and rent reviews, landlord and tenant advice and property management
  • Accountable for income and expenditure management and delivery of CAPEX and budgeting for our corporate and traditional clients
  • Actively promote and embed Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance in all your work
  • Delivering first rate service to boost the Fisher German brand and identifying opportunities to grow and expand the business, We've been around for a while, but it doesn't mean we are behind the times!   • A training background within Rural Surveying

  • Able to plan travel and work efficiently when on site with some national and overnight travel
  • Regular user of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word & Outlook

    This is an ideal role for someone who wants to work as part of a progressive, energetic team. Fisher German's North East rural property management team operates as one division alongside other regional and national divisions delivering a range of services including agri-business, valuation, building consultancy and farms and residential agency.

You will be working with long standing Clients across our rural portfolio to deliver corporate and traditional management.

    Based between Doncaster and Newark offices, this is a permanent full-time position based on 37.5 hours (Monday - Friday), we also operate a hybrid working policy. In return, beyond your base salary you will be included in:
