Full Job Description
Grade Level (for internal use), We are adding a new Sales Development Representative to our growing Sales team! In this role you work closely with the Sales Representatives to identify and prospect new clients to the Visible Alpha platform. You are motivated, determined and organized in your approach to pursuing new business and filling the sales funnel. As you meet performance metrics and grow professionally in the SDR role, consideration for new opportunities through promotional periods are available throughout the Commercial team. What You'll Do:
- Research, identify, and prospect into target accounts
- Maintain a territory: organizing an outbound cadence of calling, emailing, and a social selling into target accounts with the intent to qualify leads and create a pipeline for your Sales Representatives
- Update and maintain the CRM database as appropriate
- Work and collaborate with Sales Representatives to strategically prospect your region with tiered accounts while helping them close business on demos
- Create awareness, boost interest, and set up demos with your relationship development skills to grow client business
- Understand key practice areas, prospect needs, competitive differentiators, and be able to discuss Visible Alpha's value proposition
Bachelor's degree - Comfortable making cold calls
- Positive, high energy attitude
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Exceptional drive, self-motivation, and passion for results
- Very confident communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and build a career in sales
- Have fun along the journey An Added Plus
- Experience cold calling and prospecting
- Experience with SalesForce, Groove, ZoomInfo, Big Dough, and Sales Navigator
- Prior experience at a high-growth, SaaS company. Financial Services is even better
