Full Job Description
My client, an event space provider at luxury venues across Europe, are looking to add a Sales Executive to their growing team. At least 2 years events sales experience within the hotel sector is required. Sales executive - Working from home Based in or around London To accompany us in our development of the UK, Ireland and USA market Your clients : various contacts : HR directors, CEOs, Sales and marketing executives, PAs, EAs… from large international companies. Your Goal : Introduce my client to new contacts, take and convert meeting enquiries, develop existing account, manage client key accounts., You would report to UK sales director. In charge of dealing with enquiries and convert them, account manage key clients and develop business by phoning new companies, developing existing accounts… Your tasks
- Deal with incoming calls and email enquiries
- Convert demand
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop them
- Follow up with your clients to ensure repeat business
- Work towards the team targets with the UK team
- Ensure you represent my client and its values to all our clients: good service, honesty, integrity, flexibility.
- Ensure you build good professional relationships with the clients and prospects.
- Initiate and create relevant communications: emailing, networking, industry fairs, web letters…
- Create and maintain a good relationship with your colleagues where trust is a priority How we will measure your work :
- Follow up on sales activities
- Follow up of your confirmed bookings
- Measurement of efficiency of your marketing actions Work from home.
