As the Loyalty Team Manager, you'll lead, support, and develop a team of Renewal Representatives in executing our small business strategy. You'll be a hands-on manager, engaging in close observations and side-by-side coaching to ensure your team builds strong customer relationships, guiding them to make full use of our product suite. By developing your team's skills and aligning them with customer engagement goals, you'll enable them to consistently exceed expectations. In this role, you'll act as a coach, helping each team member realize their full potential. With a focus on understanding what drives our customers, you'll lead your team with an approach that combines strategic insight, motivation, and a commitment to high performance. - Execute the small business segment strategy with a strong commercial focus
- Lead a team of Renewal Representatives who can clearly promote the benefits of Sage's solutions and Services.
- Create advocacy and trust by implementing a consultative solution lead loyalty approach.
- Develop your team through coaching and feedback which actively supports your team to exceed our customers expectations and deliver value.
- Promotes a sense of urgency and establishes and enforces individual accountability in the team
- Knows what motivates different people and aligns work accordingly.
- Take full responsibility for your team's product knowledge development, highlighting skills gaps & working closely with the enablement area to close those
- Keep fully up to date with Industry changes that affect both our customers and Sage product portfolio
- Support our Sales teams with opportunities using your product knowledge to demonstrate the true value of Sage's solutions and services
Strong skills as an influencer, coach, communicator and relationship builder - Ability to analyse and interpret data to optimise performance
- Ability to self-manage with a style that get the best out of themselves and others
- Strong communicator with excellent listening and questioning skills
- Results driven, able to empower their team to focus on strategic goals and KPI delivery

- Able to delegate by orientating their team towards key strategic goals, meeting deadlines and stretching their team to grow
- Commercially astute, able to recognize & unlock commercial opportunities
- Well versed in appropriate sales methodologies
