Full Job Description

As Sales Operations Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of sales operations. You'll also lead the accounts receivable and contract processing functions, bringing together these critical functions to streamline efficiency. With 2-3 days in the London office and the remaining days remote, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to support growth and enhance operational effectiveness.,

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the sales operations team responsible for processing sales orders to managing accounts and supplier contracts. Developing and defining processes for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the accounts receivable team, ensuring timely invoicing and prompt collections.
  • Monitor aged receivables and work closely with the business to mitigate risks, resolve discrepancies, and optimize cash flow.
  • Oversee the supplier contract (CAF) processing team, ensuring compliance with organisational policies, contractual requirements and accurate forecasting and release of contracts
  • Lead initiatives to enhance data accuracy and integrity in Salesforce, optimising the tool's usage for forecasting, reporting, and customer relationship management.
  • Implement process improvements to optimise operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate across teams to align CRM systems and improve data accuracy.

    Proven experience in a Sales Operations management or leadership role within a SaaS environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
  • Experience developing and implementing sales operations and best practises.
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of process improvement with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Team leadership skills and a proactive approach to managing workflows.
