Scheduler

The Scheduler position is to work various shift patterns covering between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday and weekends between 7am and 4pm., As the Scheduler working on our Yorkshire Water contract, you will have full accountability for scheduling work, including dealing with emergency & planned work and keeping customers up to date throughout the process. Through exceptional communication with internal and external customers, validation of onsite videos and systems you will execute a right first time plan for every job, whilst effectively updating and managing through the client and business systems.,

• You will take ownership of all planned work,ensuring teams are attending each job on time.
• You will own the priority of the work, constructing the correct resource to site in a logical and safe manner.
• You will plan orders within the client SLA's whilst optimising travel time and increasing team productivity.
• You will ensure the highest level of service is delivered to both external and internal customers, giving excellent customer satisfaction every time.
• You will use the client systems real time, assigning work on time and ensuring all operations are created, assigned, and recorded.
• You will provide positive input into the team, providing challenge in a constructive way and solutions to issues.
