· Be passionate about providing quality education care and support to young people.
· To intervene physically with our students, when required, using Team Teach trained techniques when de-escalation strategies have failed (full training will be provided).
· Demonstrate analytical thinking to improve the quality of pupils' learning.
· Build team commitment with colleagues and in the classroom engage and motivate pupils.
Qualifications and requirements:
· QTS or equivalent required.
