We are seeking a Senior Assistant Company Secretary to support our Company Secretary in delivering effective corporate governance and providing high-quality secretariat services. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across our regulated insurance companies, certain Airport Dimensions entities, and senior stakeholders. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to an organization's strategic objectives and strengthen its governance framework., Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate governance codes; maintain statutory records and filings; assist in developing and monitoring governance frameworks and policies. Board & Committee Support: Prepare agendas, papers, and minutes for Board meetings; ensure effective operation and compliance with Board terms of reference; guide directors and committee members on governance matters. Stakeholder Liaison: Build relationships with Board members, senior executives, and external advisers; facilitate clear communication between the Board and management; assist with shareholder engagement and resolutions. Risk Management & Reporting: Lead the preparation of the corporate governance section of the annual report; monitor and mitigate governance-related risks. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the secretariat team; support resource and priority management within the department. Project Support: Drive projects on entity rationalizations, group financing, tax/treasury transactions, and process improvements.

  • 5+ years' experience in company secretarial roles.
  • Fully qualified CGI or equivalent, with a relevant degree.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex legal and regulatory matters clearly and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience in supporting Boards and Committees, including minute-taking and using board software (Diligent Entities).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple competing priorities.
