Full Job Description

In this vital role the Senior Associate Project Management is responsible for providing support to the Medical Directors that support the above country initiatives in the Europe, Latin America, Middle East, Africa and Canada (ELMAC) region. This role will support the Medical Director in the respective region with meeting management, budget oversight, communicating with the affiliates and tracking of key initiatives,

  • Facilitate annual planning and budget process
  • Point of Contact and coordinate communication and meetings with affiliates
  • Engage with relevant team members to support key initiatives and to ensure deliverables are met
  • Organize and facilitate meetings as needed
  • Oversight and tracking of critical team initiatives including budget management
  • Be part of our team You would be joining the Global Medical Program Management Team to support Medical Directors to accomplish our mission of serving patients.

  • Degree educated
  • Proven Project Coordination experience, including the ability to demonstrate project completion
  • Experience in matrix environment
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office apps (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point and Microsoft project)
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry is a plus
  • LOCATION: Ability to work fully remote, or, if situated near an office, the option to work flexibly from home with occasional office presence at our Cambridge or Uxbridge next-generation workspace.
