Click on this link to find out about our values https : / / www.uhbw.nhs.uk / p / about-us / our-trust-values The post holder will play a key role supporting the Quality & Patient Safety activity ensuring the administration and coordination of complaints & patient experience activity within the Division of Specialised Services A key part of the role will be to support the Quality & Patient Safety Lead to provide information and support to the Divisional Governance Group and the Board who are accountable for ensuring that corporate expectations of governance systems are identified and addressed. This includes coordinating and liaising with relevant staff to facilitate effective governance structures and systems within the Division of Specialised Services

  • To coordinate and manage without direct supervision, the complaints (formal and informal) process for the Division of Specialised Services
  • To coordinate, collate & present patient experience at Clinical Governance and Divisional Board, including all data from the IQVIA platform.
  • The post holder will manage the operational performance of complaint targets, ensuring performance against the standard for response time target is maximised.
  • Communicating with staff at all levels internally and externally to resolve to the satisfactions of service users and members of the public.
  • Support and work closely with the corporate complaints team in delivering a high-quality integrated service., of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
