Full Job Description

We are seeking a senior communications expert to help drive the communications programme in the UK and Ireland, helping the business and its senior stakeholders to confidently tell its story.
Responsibilities:
Communications Strategy: Partner with the UKI and global communications teams to build and execute external communications strategy for UKI that will secure and expand awareness and reputation for Salesforce across the market.
Media relations: Maintain strong relationships with business and technology media.
Executive Communications: Oversee executive communications programmes for senior executives with bold and authentic narratives for engagement programmes.
Narrative and key message development: Build and maintain the external company narrative for UKI, enable the extended teams to tell the story of Salesforce in a way that resonates in the local market, inspires our customers to think big and take action, and promotes brand love across a broad set of audiences.
Policy Comms: Collaborate with our Marketing, Government Affairs, Privacy and Legal teams to develop thought-leadership campaigns and engagement.
Strategic counsel and leadership: Provide strategic communications counsel to UK business leaders, and act as a go-to point of escalation for communications issues.

10+ years experience in communications roles
Established trusted relationships across business and technology media
Experience in representing and engaging in industry organisations
Exposure to managing key stakeholder relationships
Excellent leadership skills and experience in working across a matrix organisation to bring people together and deliver a strategy
Excellent writing skills to develop messaging and narratives that constantly evolve our storytelling proactively and reactively across internal and external stakeholders
Impeccable critical thinking and no ego - we are a dynamic team and everyone pitches in to get the job done
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking, prioritising projects and communicating priority updates to business partners
