We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Data Analytics & Insights Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of defining and leading our data strategy, empowering data-driven decision-making to maximize product performance and fuel our business's success., What You'll Do:

• Strategic Vision : Collaborate with departments like product, operations, and finance to align data initiatives with key business priorities. You'll define the roadmap for data analytics, offering strategic recommendations that shape high-level decisions.
• Data Analysis & Insights : Lead the creation of models that forecast business outcomes, and continuously monitor key metrics to uncover trends. Your expertise will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that drive performance.
• Technology & Automation : Enhance efficiency by spotting automation opportunities and overseeing data integration into unified platforms. You'll evaluate and implement cutting-edge analytics tools to boost our capabilities.
• Data Governance & Quality : Ensure our data is meticulously organised and accessible, implementing systems that guarantee accuracy and consistency across the board.
• Stakeholder Communication : Advocate for a data-driven culture, crafting narratives that translate complex data into compelling stories for both technical and non-technical audiences. Develop insightful dashboards and reports to meet stakeholder needs.
• Continuous Improvement : Refine analytics practices, stay ahead of industry trends, and incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously elevate the impact of our analytics solutions.
  
  You hold academic qualifications or significant industry experience in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• You've honed your skills as a Data Analyst in a tech-driven environment and are adept with analytical tools and platforms.
• Your experience spans Media, CTV, Video, or Advanced TV, and you possess a strong commercial acumen with exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Communicating complex data through excellent written, visual, and interpersonal skills comes naturally to you.
• You have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and a collaborative spirit.
• Your passion for industry trends and emerging technologies keeps you ahead of the curve.
