As an Enterprise Skills Transformation Engagement Manager, your role will be at the intersection of program management, technology and change management. You will partner with senior stakeholders from our largest AWS customers to lead strategic upskilling engagements under our Enterprise Skills Transformation portfolio of offerings. You will dive deep on the customer's business goals and enablement needs, collaborating closely with AWS Account Teams, Training & Certification colleagues, and technical specialists to build and execute upskilling programs that support our customers in achieving their business goals and transformation objectives. One EST offering is AWS Skills Guild - a consultative engagement designed to inspire organization-wide cloud adoption and unlock innovation. It accelerates the cultural and technological shifts necessary for transformation by helping develop and launch a bespoke cloud enablement initiative using the AWS Skills Guild framework., Partner with AWS enterprise customers and AWS field teams to define, develop and implement strategic skills transformation programs
- Dive deep on the customer's business goals and enablement needs and deliver programs that empower our customers to achieve these goals and outcomes
- Take ownership of all program management activities for each Skills Guild engagement including planning, reporting and risk mitigation. Develop program management mechanisms for the customer and AWS where needed
- Ensure customer outcomes and milestones are delivered on time and to the requisite level of quality. Use a data driven approach to define metrics and reporting mechanisms that will ensure the quality of all customer engagements
- Gather customer insights and feedback, and partner with multiple internal teams and partners to iterate on our EST offerings
- Become a subject matter expert and educate the AWS field team and customers on best practices for running large scale enablement programs
- Develop ongoing relationships with AWS and Training & Certification teams/programs to build collaboration on strategic accounts and drive scale
- Craft monthly and quarterly business reviews to AWS leadership to surface key business insights from the field and advocate for our customers

The AWS Enterprise Skills Transformation (EST) Team offers consultative engagements to help customers build excitement and structure for cloud learning at their organization, and to accelerate cloud adoption.
EST sits within AWS Training and Certification (T&C). We are passionate about revolutionizing the way people advance their cloud skills and careers. We equip diverse builders of today and tomorrow with the knowledge they need to leverage the power of the AWS Cloud. Successful candidates will have a strong project management background; professional consulting experience; a deep knowledge of organisational change management processes; and a demonstrated passion for enabling and transforming customer organisations. We value individuals who are data-driven and can demonstrate leadership abilities, including gaining customer stakeholder buy-in, communicating effectively at both the executive and project team level, and collaborating with a wide range of technical and non-technical teams across organizational boundaries. We seek natural problem solvers who can navigate ambiguity and work autonomously to drive the right outcomes for customers., Extensive experience delivering complex organisational transformation programs, several years in a customer facing role or in professional consulting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Functional knowledge in areas including change management, transformation, strategy, process improvement, cloud computing
- Proficiency in MS Office, Organisational Change Management certification / experience (e.g. Prosci)
- SCRUM/Agile, PMP, Prince2, SAFe certifications
- Robust understanding of training and skills trends within the technology market
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Proven ability to deliver results in an ambiguous and complex environment
- French language skills
