This will include suitable governance and establishing a network of experts to support the programme where needed., Your primary responsibility will be the delivery of all initiatives within scope, in line with the programme plan and within budget, recognising that these may adjust in line with a changing landscape (as many programmes do). You will ensure that the programme delivers in line with the Business Case and that benefits are aligned to the firm's strategy, tracked, and delivered. You will manage all major programme risks and issues, and ensure ownership is established and escalations are managed appropriately across all levels of the firm. • Establish a suitably sized and skilled team to guide and deliver each programme stage, through to overall delivery (and retirement of current systems and processes), in line with an agreed overall programme plan.
  • Manage aspects of the programme budget in close collaboration with the Programme Director, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to the Programme Management Office, Programme Board, and sponsors.
  • Manage governance groups and escalation paths, ensuring any blockers or major risks and issues are mitigated swiftly through effective governance processes.
  • Ensure the programme is being delivered in line with the Business Case and manage any deviations through change control.
  • Develop and maintain the necessary controls for the programme, including but not limited to risk and issues management, dependency mapping, and decision matrices.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, advisors, sponsors, and senior stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and able to act on the programme when needed.
  • Represent the programme to the wider firm, including the delivery of programme communications, reports, and presentations.
  • Establish a network to assist with the delivery of the programme globally and ensure collaboration across the firm's network of offices and departments.
  • Manage the programme team, including direct and matrix management of team responsibilities and objectives.
  • Support the Change Director in the delivery of the Change Strategy and Benefit Realisation Plans, ensuring change management is at the core of the programme's delivery approach and embedded throughout the programme.
  • In collaboration with the Procurement team, lead and deliver vendor evaluations, commercial, functional and contract reviews, and Business Case updates.
  • Work closely with the programme's strategic advisors to deliver the programme and facilitate their input across the various levels of the programme., At Clifford Chance, we believe in bringing the client - both internal and external - to the centre of everything we do.
