Full Job Description

  • Responsible for the key UK, European and CIS feeder markets for Group business (MICE and corporate), plus leisure and corporate transient for the London properties.
  • Responsible for achieving the budgeted annual revenue goals for hotel rooms and residences across Corporate, Leisure, and MICE segments, including new business development within these markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships within each of the markets within assigned markets and follow up promptly with appropriate action to secure business.
  • Evaluate, solicit, sell and confirm business to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability.
  • Develop solid relationship with the GSO's within your markets, with regular interaction and to implement cohesive strategies
  • Schedule and plan all sales trips in accordance with the planned budget and that post trip sales reports are completed and issued no later than one week upon return of trip.
  • Arrange and attend familiarization trips and client events through working with key travel partners, for key and prospect clients.
  • Ensure that all proposals are followed up in a timely manner and all efforts taken to take them to contract status.
  • To be actively involved in the budget process relating to expenses and providing timely re forecasting aligned to month end processes.

    Ability to work within an independent environment proactively
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality Sales within the luxury segment, with strong background in MICE, leisure and corporate segments
  • Proven track record in account management and business development in the UK, Europe and CIS regions
  • Solid understanding of revenue management process, pricing and strategies to deliver optimum results
  • Creative, goal orientated and flexible
  • Collaborative with knowledge of hotel operations
  • Knowledge of Sales Force, Delphi and Opera is desirable
  • Fluency within another European language is desirable
