In this role, you’ll work with colleagues and external stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of our audiences and make sure their views and ideas inform our decision making.
You’ll work with teams right across the organisation, bringing people together to ensure their views and experience drive the actions we take. Your work will help us do the right things at the right time to deliver our purpose.
You’ll also work with colleagues across Engagement to demonstrate the impact of what we do and help us learn, grow and improve as a team

You’ll be an experienced engagement or communications professional with experience and knowledge of designing and delivering engagement activity to gather, explore and understand internal and external stakeholder insights
You’ll be delivery focused with a high level of organisation and have ability to take a range of complex data from different sources and translate it into meaningful insights to influence key stakeholders.
You’ll be an effective networker and relationship builder and able to think creatively to engage the public and all stakeholders in our work.
