Senior Maintenance Team Member

We are currently recruiting driven a Senior Maintenance Team Member. You will be responsible for delivering daily, weekly and monthly safety checks as well as ensuring everything is in working order in the apartments and public areas, to ensure that our guests have an amazing stay. This is achieved by supporting planned maintenance checks and a hands-on approach to reactive maintenance.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to self-organize.
• Proficiency in time management, guiding and inspiring your colleagues.
• Effective communication with all team members and guests, ensuring a seamless operation.
• Prior experience with safety, health, and environmental standards in similar settings.
• Proficiency in English to facilitate effective communication within our diverse team and with our guests."
