Full Job Description

Strategy & Partnership

  • Equipping our leaders and managers across the largest growth region (EMEA) to role model leadership excellence, including cultural, localised and scaled leadership. Region includes: 9 CLTs, 12 local offices, engineering hub & games studio
  • Advise on leadership growth and Talent Management strategies, with strong awareness of local and regional needs and nuances, specifically in London (LON) and Amsterdam (AMS)
  • Design, drive and execute EMEA's Netflix culture initiatives, partnering closely with LON & AMS HRBPs
  • Act as a trusted leadership thought partner to regional VPs, HRBPs, regional Talent Partners and global Talent Management (TM), including building strategic TM roadmaps for LON & AMS
  • Share industry trends in leadership to inform strategic focus and decisions across the EMEA leadership portfolio
  • Leadership Facilitator, Program Delivery
  • Contribute to the content development process as a regional design partner for certain leadership initiatives with the Central TM Leadership team
  • Facilitate EMEA leadership programs (e.g. Director & manager forums, peer learning)
  • Integrate GBPs (I&D, Wellbeing, consistent employee experience) ethos into leadership growth initiatives.
  • Design and facilitate leadership initiatives at senior leadership offsites, to help build strong strategic leaders and role models of our Netflix Values (https://jobs.netflix.com/culture)
  • Review, evaluate and report on learning program effectiveness; analyze feedback from the business, to ensure alignment of Talent practices with business needs
  • Project Management
  • Responsible for some EMEA programmatic planning, operations, and communication (e.g. Director & Manager forums, peer learning)
  • Collect and analyze feedback on targeted program components. Identify program efficiency and proactively identify program risks and opportunities
  • Maintain tracking of projects and key initiatives, working in close partnership with the broader Talent Management and other Talent teams; familiar with Asana project management software
  • Work with Talent Management Coordinators to manage program operations and activities, including tracking of project budget and associated spending
  • Where applicable, audit and approve vendor invoices

  • Preferred Experience
  • You've been a Talent leadership program manager, project manager and have experience as a Learning manager
  • You've had experience supporting and scaling local, regional, global initiatives
  • You've had experience planning and supporting large scale programs or broader Talent efforts, specifically with culture evolution or Learning & Org Design space
  • You've had experience leading agile and design thinking workflows and operating methods
  • You have proven exceptional group moderation and facilitation skills to all audiences, including executive leadership
