Full Job Description

  • To provide a fun enabling environment for children to learn and thrive.
  • To act as a key worker to named children, carrying out observations/developmental reports for each child and liaising with parents regularly.
  • Working inpartnership with the team and with parents to act as a positive and professional role model to colleagues and children.
  • To be considered for the role you will be: You will need to have a minimum Childcare Level 3 qualification and experience of a room leader role in a busy nursery environment covering the age range 3 months - 5 years, together with excellent knowledge of the child development and current practices. This role will involve working varying shifts between the hours of Monday and Friday from 7.00am - 7.00 so some flexibility is required.
