Full Job Description

Sr. Analytics Business Partner will join Adobe's Employee Experience organization, reporting to Director of Analytics Business Partnering. This role will focus on Analytics Business Partnering for EMEA region.

What you'll do

· Build and own relationship with stakeholders, and serve as their main point of contact to the People Analytics team

· Consult with HRBPs, HR COEs, & leaders across the business to build a deep understanding of current business priorities, and ensure reporting and analysis align with those objectives

· Serve as a thought partner to HRBPs and other leaders, and conduct analyses and/or literature reviews to advise on key business and people questions

· Leverage academic and industry research, analytics, and knowledge of HR trends to address practical business challenges

· Communicate priority HR initiatives and business context to the rest of the team and act as a driving force for clarity and execution

· Author presentations and communicate insights that promote action and positive impact

· Champion proper data handling to maintain privacy & confidentiality standards

· Conduct ad-hoc analytical deep dives on complex data, and present to (non-analytical) audiences in a way that drives impact and decision making

· Explore, prototype and iterate on insights from internal data and research

· Partner with research, data science, and business intelligence members of People Analytics team on complex analyses, modelling, and data transformation

· Translate business requirements into technical reporting/BI requirements for BI projects, partner with BI team on wireframing, testing and rollout of reporting/BI solutions.

· 7+ years of experience working in HR, ideally in People Analytics, and/or consulting to organizations

· Expertise in I/O psychology or a related field (i.e., advanced degree or equivalent experience in topics related to workplace psychology)

· Solid understanding of the HR landscape (functions and processes) and existing challenges and best practices

· Statistical and analytical proficiency (i.e., able to perform analyses of moderate complexity, build forecasting models, and derive insights from people data, explain and answer questions about data analysis and results)

· Strong competency in storytelling with data and research, while ensuring the integrity of the results

· Proficiency in Python or R

· Proven track record to influence and build solid relationships with HRBPs, HR COEs, and senior business leaders
