Senior Preconstruction Manager - MEP

We are looking for a Senior Preconstruction Manager - MEP to join our team in London. You will lead and manage tender governance, applying consistency and digitalisation to improve the efficiency of the governance process, liaising with Operations, Commercial, Operational Efficiency and the preconstruction team. Support the business development function, identification and focus of key customers and support the strategy of securing pipeline opportunities. What you'll do:

• Lead on all tender governance across the MEP External sector, applying rigour and consistency to the process
• Review, develop and implement a digitisation strategy to preconstruction functions, to drive efficiency, quality and consistency
• Support Operation Directors with resource planning relating to tenders
• Support MEP bid teams driving consistency and quality throughout
• Coordinate External MEP opportunities in liaison with Operations Leads and Preconstruction Director to assist in business development strategy and pipeline
• Represent Skanska at external events and attend customer meetings
• Assist in developing and maintaining cost data for external presentation to aid customer engagement
• Manage the Salesforce adoption in the MEP External sector and develop customer insights to feed into overall engagement strategy
