Full Job Description

Senior Program Management lead is accountable for management and delivery of complex/large portfolio of programs and projects, and functional practice of program management within the area of Securities Services Middle Office and Funds Operations. Role includes high level of exposure to clients, Product, Technology and Operations' senior stakeholders, therefore requires comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the programs objectives, as well as excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally and externally. Individual in this role will also be responsible for program management practice, standards and policy formulation, planning and execution. This is 12 months fixed term contract. What you will do:

  • Manage and drive day-to-day delivery of multiple programs, incl. planning, control and executing to milestones and budget on multiple complex projects.
  • Manage Project/Program Management professionals or a functional area
  • Manage stakeholders and key organizations in order to build and manage relationships with each.
  • Direct the creation of multiple work projects and manage their alignment to business goals and strategy.
  • Drive adherence to project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery and leverage across the managed portfolio.
  • Lead the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional macro level topics within/across programs and with Senior Management.
  • Lead the identification and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established projects of work.

    Project/program management experience, preferred experience in running large programs of work for Securities Services
  • Relevant experience in leading and developing project teams/professionals through dynamic growth and delivering saves, planning capacity
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Experience in financial services, client management
  • Track of record in standardizing and driving procedures and policies across program and project management practice
  • Extensive relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Executive presence, ability to have voice heard, good working knowledge of project methodologies and tools MS Office
  • Time flexible (holiday schedule is client based, time schedule is task-based, hybrid work required)
  • Independent, self-motivated and hard working
