Full Job Description

  • Be a critical part of the Amazon Shipping Program Management Office (PMO) team, improving ways of working and process standardization across the EU operations organization.
  • Key partner for Amazon Shipping Product and Tech, Finance leaders, and EU Amazon Operations partner program management teams.
  • Be a critical advocate and influencer of the business with partner teams and stakeholders.
  • Improve key operational metrics by building new processes and partnerships with the Biz, Product and Ops teams.
  • Develop structural plans and routines to ensure all strategic and tactical programs are being delivered on schedule and to the standards expected.
    • About the team Amazon Shipping offers Amazon's delivery capabilities as a product and service. Amazon Shipping's first customers are sellers in the EU, offering to ship their volume using our delivery network.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience leading process improvements, Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
