Full Job Description

Amazon Publisher Monetization's Video Ads team is responsible for defining and delivering a collection of demand products that enable advertisers to buy video media across an expanding and fragmented network of publishers and devices. As our business grows, we are launching new video capabilities, inventory supply, and measurement technologies, which span multiple teams with Amazon., Our team is looking for a talented Sr. Program Manager who will be responsible for managing complex, international programs within the Prime Video SVOD. The person in this role will have single threaded ownership of our international programs. You will be expected to establish a vision and key priorities for the program, make appropriate trade-offs to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams. Maturity, high judgment, ability to influence, and leadership are essential to success in this role. The right candidate will possess a proven program management background, and have experience leading medium to large products and programs. Core skill areas for this role include program launch and marketing, data collection and analytics. You will be 100% customer focused, understanding their needs and requirements, plus anticipating future trends that will serve their needs. You will also be excellent at written and verbal communications, driving results, and being able to coordinate large, multi-functional projects on-time. This means anticipating bottlenecks, making tradeoffs and balancing the needs of the business versus technical constraints.,

  • Partner with local market segment advertising and PV leadership to identify and prioritize needs for the business.
  • Partner across Amazon Advertising organization (Go-To-Market, Product Marketing, Yield, Advertising Operations, Account teams etc).
  • Track and report on performance, ensuring each program is delivering differentiated value against its intended goals
  • Leverage customer feedback to drive continuous program improvement
  • Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs vs. technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.
  • Develop overall execution plans that meet operational requirements, project manage the delivery of sponsorship solutions, and ensure that stakeholders have all the inputs required for flawless operation.
  • Present well to Amazon senior management as well as other large audiences.
  • Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically.

    Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • - Experience in program or project management - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field - Experience leading process improvements
