Ensure the @one alliance is provided with both accurate cost and value reporting and forecasting to mitigate adverse financial impacts.
Ensure effective capture of costs and ensuring all costs are allocated appropriately, including pan-alliance.
Ensure effective, efficient, and robust processes and systems are employed to identify, report, and escalate commercial risk, such as early warning notices, to ensure appropriate mitigation is implemented.
Assist the Commercial Lead in determining the operational commercial reporting requirements of the @one alliance and work with the Performance Reporting & Systems team and Finance to ensure they are accurate, meaningful, and timely.
Self-assurance of commercial data and contractual processes.

Awareness of NEC3 forms of contract.
Working in a complex matrix team environment.
Awareness of relevant construction and contract law.
Full UK driving licence.
Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
