  • As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in securing new business revenue and nurturing strategic relationships to drive growth. You will:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, marketing leads, and professional networks.
  • Deliver compelling presentations of Emarsys' value propositions, demonstrating deep product and technical expertise.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, collaborating with sales management and internal departments.
  • Take responsibility for RFPs by crafting and delivering tailored, value-driven proposals.
  • Utilize Emarsys products to showcase capabilities to potential clients, both in person and online.
  • Consistently leverage Salesforce to provide accurate forecasts and reports, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
  • You'll also mentor new team members, share knowledge, and lead training sessions on product, sales, and processes to foster team growth and success., You'll join a dynamic sales team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and delivering meaningful customer experiences. Together, we drive success through shared goals and a passion for results.

    5+ years of experience in software sales, with a strong track record of exceeding individual quotas.
  • Expertise in SaaS, marketing automation, CRM, or related solutions, preferably with recent experience in email technologies.
  • Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills, with proven success engaging with C-level and VP decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
  • Project management experience, with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Technical fluency, including experience with APIs, data integrations, and Salesforce proficiency.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • You thrive in a results-oriented environment, are self-motivated, and excel at adapting to evolving market and customer needs.
