Full Job Description

The Senior Systems Service Desk Analyst is a key role within the Clinical Systems Service Desk Team. The post will be responsible for assisting in the management and delivery of operational services to the Trust's Rio EPR.
The post holder ensures the system administration function is delivered in accordance with Service Level Agreements whilst maintaining high levels of system availability and customer satisfaction.
The post holder will be expected to work from site at least twice a week., Good knowledge of the systems supported by the Clinical Systems Team and in particular be a subject matter expert for the Rio
Ensure all requests, incidents, updates and resolutions are recorded on the Digital call logging system in a timely manner and assigned to the correct team
Resolve requests and incidents raised by users and ensure they are handled promptly and effectively and in accordance with SLA's
Make configuration changes to clinical systems (primarily Rio).
Resolve a range of complex RiO technical issues and explain complex situations in simple terms to staff at all levels
Escalate any recurring problems which users are experiencing, so that a more comprehensive and effective solution can be applied
Ensure that clinical systems associated documentation is maintained and updated
Offer proactive support and advise to staff, highlighting any modifications or improvements that would be of benefit
Identify and communicate data quality issues in the trust's RiO clinical systems to end users and service managers and where appropriate, action these issues.
Liaise with Service Managers, Clinicians and Support staff to ensure the accurate configuration and use of the Trust's RiO clinical systems
Ensure good data quality is maintained on local RiO and Emis systems and on the national spine.
Adhere to Trust Information Security Policies at all times.
Carry out system configuration duties, set up new users, create/maintain clinics, delete documents etc

We also provide psychological therapy services to the London Borough of Richmond, and provide Forensic services to the whole of North East London. We provide services in urban and rural settings, sometimes in our inpatient units, but mostly in the community close to where people live. Integrated care is key in making the best use of resources and providing effective care.
