As a Senior Transformation Programme Manager, you will take the helm of a high-impact, cross-functional strategic programme within the Vice President of Operations' portfolio, shaping its vision, driving its execution, and ensuring it delivers transformational results. This role offers an opportunity to lead a programme that will make a tangible impact. You'll be responsible for overseeing the full programme lifecycle strategically planning, implementing, and ensuring governance, all while navigating complexities and driving outcomes that align with broader organisational goals. The stakes are high, and so are the rewards: delivering innovative solutions on time, within scope, and on budget. Your leadership will drive cross-functional collaboration, uniting diverse teams and senior stakeholders behind a common vision. You will navigate complex governance ensuring accountability and agility in the face of risk and uncertainty. This is a chance to showcase your ability to manage complexity, inspire others, and drive meaningful change that will resonate across the organisation.

We are looking for a proven leader with a track record of delivering large-scale cross-functional programmes in complex organisations. You will be skilled in multiple methodologies and excel at balancing priorities and driving results within scope, time, and budget. You will inspire cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with senior leaders, influencing and guiding them toward shared success. A master of simplifying complexity, you will also ensure governance frameworks support progress, not hinder it. This is not a "top-down" programme; the Senior Transformation Programme Manager will use strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and diplomacy to build consensus and advance initiatives.
