Service Development, Integration, Transformation and Delivery Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a Service Development, Integration, Transformation and Delivery Lead for the Camden Start Well portfolio on a permanent basis within NCL ICB's Strategy and Population Health Directorate.

The role is ideal for individuals who want to improve health and care services and the health outcomes experienced by residents. You will work with colleagues to find solutions to some of the most complex challenges the NHS is facing and manage the delivery of high impact change projects., Working to our Service Development, Integration, Transformation and Delivery Senior Managers, this role delivers both borough specific and NCL-wide capacity to drive specific priorities relating to service development. The roles are part of the embedded Service Development resource within the five Borough Integration Units (BIUs) and provide capacity and capability to drive transformation, integration and delivery at place and system level of NCL's Service Development specialisms. The role will focus on Start Well (the delivery of the children's services elements of our community and mental health core offers in line with our Start Well programme).
