Social Infrastructure (Renewables) - Assistant Manager

The assistant manager role is a central part of our team, supporting our client engagement delivery and business development activity.

• Supporting delivery of client engagements alongside team members
• Managing input from internal teams and external advisers
• Producing high quality documentation and presentations
• Developing and updating financial models and carrying out financial analysis of quality
• Supporting business development and network building
• Supporting proposals and pitch development for new business
• Developing sector specific market intelligence
• Introducing new ideas to the team to support with targeting clients, We are open to talk to major projects advisory talent across the country but our core hubs for this role are:
• London Canary Wharf
• Birmingham
• Manchester

• Have experience of infrastructure projects and adjacent sectors relating to low carbon energy (such as Onshore Wind, Solar PV, District Heat, Energy from Waste or Carbon Capture);
• Have a knowledge of financing structures and commercial structures used in public private partnerships and / or relating to low carbon energy projects;
• Be numerical and analytical, with an attention to detail.
• Have experience of Excel and financial modelling;
• Have strong report and / or business case writing, use of Word and Power-point skills;
• Have experience of working in small project teams;
• Be comfortable and/or experienced presenting to clients;
• Have an appropriate qualification in accounting, banking, finance, real estate, engineering or similar, or alternatively credible levels of practical experience in one of these areas or in infrastructure delivery and development.
