Full Job Description

· Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

· Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of database and web application projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

· Technical Guidance: Provide architectural and technical direction for database and web application development, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

· Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes, ensuring the delivery of robust and scalable applications.

· Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team, promoting agile methodologies and modern development practices.

· Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance and project progress, providing regular updates to senior management.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Engineering Lead to guide our talented teams in developing innovative Products which includes data platforms and web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions., · Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

· Experience: Extensive of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in database technologies and web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, python).

· Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.

· Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet user needs.

· Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
