If so, we have a fantastic opportunity that provides development for future career progression, and we would love to hear from you., As Specialist Business Support, you will work closely in a small dynamic team to co-ordinate and provide specialist support to operational areas, stakeholders, projects and sponsors to deliver best-in-class customer service. You will support the achievement of targets by reviewing and advising on current procedures through formal and informal briefings. You will gain an understanding of changes and how they will affect the business and identify and act on opportunities arising from changes.
You will need to be a driven individual who thrives working within a fast-paced operational environment, providing and maintaining an excellent customer service. You will have strong attention to detail and a flair for analysing information.
In this role, you will represent the Operations approach across internal teams and with our external customers and providers.
Your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
+ Developing and implementing business change process and providing business knowledge to programmes projects and units.
+ Collating, monitoring, and interpreting relevant information, and providing reports where necessary.
+ Communicating existing procedures and proposed changes to staff and supporting business areas on the introduction of new project/initiatives.
+ Developing and maintaining working relationships with customers and stakeholders.
+ Keeping up to date with changes by liaising and consulting with other units, agencies and outside organisations to ensure that the impacts of change/improvements are co-ordinated.
+ Sharing information and managing proposed changes including identifying and realising benefits.
+ Driving Continuous improvement for the benefit of the business, advisors and customers.
+ Line management responsibilities for a team of 4-6 colleagues.

Interviews will be held week commencing 13/01/2025.
This interview will be conducted on site at DVLA, Swansea. Further details of which will be provided to you should you be selected for interview.
