Sr. GTM Specialist, GenAI Next Generation Developer Experience, Next Gen Developer Experience

Within WWSO, this position is part of the Worldwide Specialist Team, where you will lead the GTM strategy for Amazon Q Developer aligned to a sales vertical. We create sales plays, leverage partners, and build new initiatives that drive results for our customers. We provide critical feedback from customers to inform our product roadmap, and work closely with our partner network to build an ecosystem supporting our customers' goals. In emerging areas, we play a critical role as the "first in" teams to build markets for new services, domains, or solutions. When a customer needs to innovate and requires a new way to leverage AWS, they count on us to innovate with them to build and deliver what they need.

• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
• considerable relevant GTM, Sales, or Consulting experience with at some experience in software development tooling as a practitioner and/or GTM leader
Preferred Qualifications
• Established track record of credibility as a technology advisor with customer executives (e.g. CEO, COO, CIO, CTO, CMO) and Line of Business Leaders

We work backwards from our customer's most complex and business critical problems to build and execute go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses. WWSO teams include business development, specialist and technical solutions architecture. • Lead GTM to orchestrate sales motions for sales, marketing, product, training, and professional services teams to accelerate adoption of your aligned technology domain, thinking through challenges on a 1-3+ year time scale.
• Leverage your deep domain expertise to create best in class field enablement and sales strategy.
• Support field teams in solution building for high priority customers.
• Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps.
• Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and be able to credibly represent AWS at industry events, conferences, symposiums, etc.
