Full Job Description

  • Assessing andmonitoring patient conditions.
  • Checking symptomsand vital signs and arranging diagnostic tests.
  • Displaying excellent analytical ability and sound decisionmaking in changing clinical situations.
  • Working as aneffective team member and promoting team and interdisciplinary relationships.
    • The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above., Being a general nurse in the NHS is a versatile and impactful role that spans across various healthcare settings, from hospitals to community clinics. It involves providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages and backgrounds, addressing both acute medical needs and long-term health management. The flexibility in scheduling allows general nurses to balance their professional responsibilities with personal commitments, ensuring they can deliver compassionate and effective care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.     • The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an A&E hospital environment within the last 3 years
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
  • Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills., Essential
  • Statement of NMC Registration
  • Degree / Diploma in Nursing
    • Experience Essential
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an A&E hospital environment within the last 3 years.
