This role offers a unique opportunity to work across various functions and contribute to the long-term success of our franchise., As a Strategy Associate in the Commercial & Investment Banking Strategy Group, you will work with senior leaders to develop and execute strategies that maximize the long-term performance and competitiveness of our franchise. You will engage in projects such as international growth strategies, new product and market entry, and cross-CIB initiatives, working alongside top performers from leading strategy consulting firms and investment banks.,

• Lead initiatives and projects to address diverse challenges identified by senior managers
• Gather, synthesize, analyze, and present project data and findings
• Perform financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decisions
• Execute creative analyses and provide insights to identify issues and recommend solutions
• Develop strategic presentations for internal and external audiences
• Monitor industry trends and share insightful reports with the team and senior executives
• Coach and mentor less experienced colleagues
• Foster a collaborative and responsible team environment
  
  Relevant experience in a premier management consulting firm or investment banking division (M&A, Coverage, Capital Markets, Equity Research)
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in financial services sectors
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to apply quantitative approaches
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Openness to active developmental feedback.
