Full Job Description

  • Strategic Development & Execution:
  • Define and develop the strategic vision for our digital government solutions, focusing on payments and digital identity.
  • Analyse market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to shape the company's approach to digital government services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between strategy and product development.
  • Partnership Development:
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal teams (e.g., cross-Oracle products, sales, and OCI) and external partners (e.g., technology providers, government agencies, industry bodies).
  • Identify and evaluate potential strategic alliances that can enhance our market position and expand our footprint in the digital government space.
  • Solution Design & Market Entry:
  • Lead efforts to develop tailored solutions for new markets, addressing the unique challenges and opportunities of digital identity and payment systems in different regions.
  • Work with regional teams to adapt global strategies to local market needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Articulate the digital government strategy and vision in both written and verbal presentations to diverse audiences, including executive leadership, government clients, and industry stakeholders.
  • Serve as a thought leader and spokesperson for Oracle on topics related to digital government, payments, and digital identity.
  • Career Level - IC5 Responsibilities As a member of the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general.     US: Hiring Range: from $114,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following: 1.
