Strategy and Operations Manager, Go-To-Market

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

• Partner with business, supporting strategic customer priorities for the UKI business.
• Lead day-to-day responsibility for key high-profile projects linked to the team plan and our strategic priorities.
• Deliver best-practice sharing across teams.
  
  Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working in the digital Ads ecosystem.
• Experience in an analytical or consultative role such as management consulting or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience working with data sets and analytical tools and extracting insights from data.
• Ability to manage complex projects in a fluid environment with an entrepreneurial approach.
• Ability to collaborate, influence, and communicate across all levels of an organization.
