This new full-time post is available from 1 February 2025 until 31 March 2027 on a fixed term basis.

This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working - some time on campus and some from home. The role can be based on either our Exeter or Penryn campuses.

We are looking for a high calibre senior business transformation programme manager with a proven track record of overseeing the holistic transformation of transactional services. They will lead our programme team covering all aspects from operating model design and implementation, digital enablement and physical space redesign. Reporting to the Director Enabling 2030 Strategy, this is a senior delivery role that will interact at senior levels across the university as well as at all levels within the Education community.
