Full Job Description

  • Learn and understand the complex broadly syndicated and private loan markets, and how S&P products are critical to the market.
  • Support Lending Solutions commercial leads with day-to-day activities, including client engagement and presentations, commercial strategy and business performance, and new product initiatives.
  • Shadow experienced team members during various client interactions
  • Involvement in special project initiatives where deemed necessary by management.
  • Partner with sales and legal on new opportunities, pricing and contracting.
  • Work with assigned summer intern project teams, as well as your own personal Lending Solutions focused assignment, and present back to a committee of experts.
  • Assist in reporting, research, presentations, and commercial strategy.

    Working towards degree in finance or business preferred completed by Summer 2026
  • Competency in O365 - excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships
  • Core analytical/problem-solving ability
  • Right to work requirements: this role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the UK.

  • You will be part of the Lending Solutions commercial and business development team, working with industry leading solutions including ClearPar, Debtdomain and Wall Street Office (WSO).
