Support Worker

As a Support Worker, you will use your knowledge, experience, and caring nature to make a positive difference to the lives of the service users. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include ward rounds, analyzing behaviors, updating patient records, and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to support the service users on their recovery pathway towards leading a valued and fulfilled life.
