SWAG Cancer Alliance Project Support Coordinator

Somerset Wiltshire Avon and Gloucestershire (SWAG) Cancer Alliance is recruiting a fixed-term 18 months project support coordinator to successfully deliver the SWAG Cancer Alliance Workforce Strategy including the Cancer and Domestic Abuse (DA) workforce training project across SWAG. The role is a great opportunity for someone who has existing expertise in this field and wishes to be involved in supporting and sustaining the cancer workforce to enhance the experience of people with cancer., You will be responsible for enabling the smooth running of a diverse range of projects/programmes by supporting Project/Programme Lead through the operation of project management process, and the co-ordination of business management actions and activities on their behalf.

You will have a passion for learning, and proven project management skills. A genuine interest in helping others develop, and working collaboratively with others in the team and wider organisations is vital.

SWAG CA is hosted by North Bristol NHS Trust for the purposes of formal employment and the provision of back-office support to the Cancer Alliance.

The post holder will be required to travel across the South West.
