About the role + Execution of recruitment processes across the UK and Ireland + Responsible for the complete end-to-end recruitment and selection process including hiring manager management, sourcing, screening, pre-qualification, and final candidate selection + Using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) at an expert level + Maintain a prominent level of market awareness and best practice, advising the business on specific trends and updates that will affect recruitment + Improve hiring manager's capability with the interviewing process and networking through recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn + Create and manage talent pools + Identify, spot, own and deliver opportunities for process improvement and value add resourcing projects outside of BAU + Create compelling adverts that support the attraction of talent to C&C Group + Create strong networks both internally and externally to help stay up to date on market developments. + Pro-actively network across the business to obtain detailed knowledge of each area so you have a full understanding of the business + Create solid relationships with your HRBP's providing insight and clarity around hiring + Source candidates through a variety of channels including social and professional networks + Own the candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process + Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates through regular contact. + Strong background in producing MI data with commentary and meaningful insights that help + Comfortable managing relationships effectively as well as collaborating with colleagues in a virtual environment.

    + Experience from within an in-house/TA position + Direct experience with full-cycle recruiting + Experience and knowledge of recruitment best practice, process, policy, and awareness of the appropriate legislation + Direct sourcing experience and building of direct sourcing strategies using professional networks, social media, talent pools, headhunting other channels + Experience of using and configuring an ATS + Ability to consult, influence, and partner with colleagues and senior leaders + Customer focused and able to deliver a world-class service to the hiring community and positively influence the candidate experience + Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail + Ability to manage own time effectively, prioritising tasks when required, multitasking, and always meeting deadlines + Assist stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner, communicating effectively, showing empathy, and responding with urgency to requests + Self-motivated and self-directed
