Full Job Description

Bradford and Craven have been given an opportunity to carry out the plans drawn up in the green paper ' transforming children and adolescent mental health services' Each team supports a 8 k child population with emotional mental health support, The post holder will be responsible for delivering and leading highly specialist clinical care to their own caseload. In doing so, they will assess, plan, deliver and evaluate patient centered programmes of care ensuring that they practice within their sphere of competence and knowledge. The post holder will work to professional and regulatory body codes, standards and guidance at all times ensuring that their practice is grounded in evidence based theoretical and practical knowledge. The postholder will support the operational delivery of the service. They will be responsible for developing new and innovative clinical practices responding to emerging knowledge and techniques and working with other services where appropriate to make improvements

Provide clinical supervision, consultation and advice to Team members and assist the Clinical Lead with operational duties and service development, including research and development activities.
