Team Leader

We have an exciting opportunity for a new Team Leader to work within our Work and Wellbeing team in Barnsley., The Team Leader will report to the Head of Work & Wellbeing, and lead a small team of Employment Specialists. The focus of the role is to:

• Lead a team to successfully deliver IPS employment support within South Yorkshire.
• Lead a highly effective team of Employment Specialists to provide positive and sustained employment outcomes for our customers in line with their job preferences
• Deliver a high-quality service in line with the IPS
• Provide effective operational oversight to the team
• Work collaboratively with partners, employers and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and achieve better outcomes for our customers., Our new Team Leader will be performance driven with a commitment to quality and high standards.
  
  Excellent understanding of employment support.

• Ability to build relationships with a wide range of people and stakeholders.

• Starting salary 4D £34,391
