Full Job Description

Your focus will be on people leadership and performance management as you oversee the team's service delivery. You will guide your team to ensure the successful processing and delivery of project documentation, while creating a positive and collaborative environment that promotes both individual and team growth. As the Team Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the team s success, working closely with internal stakeholders and providing regular coaching and feedback to ensure high standards of service. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement, while maintaining a strong focus on service excellence and client satisfaction.,

  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of Support Leads, ensuring the efficient delivery of services related to project documentation processing.
  • People Management: Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to support personal development and help team members achieve their goals.
  • Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure the team meets client timelines and quality standards in processing, validating, and delivering project documentation.
  • Performance Management: Establish clear performance goals, monitor progress, and address any performance issues to promote continuous improvement.
  • Fostering Growth: Create development opportunities for your team members, helping them grow and advance within the company.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside other department managers to ensure seamless cross-team collaboration and effective service delivery.
  • Problem Solving: Guide your team in overcoming challenges and resolving issues in service delivery to achieve efficient solutions.
  • Team Culture: Build a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages open communication, innovation, and a shared commitment to service excellence.

    Proven experience managing high-performing teams, ideally within a managed services or service-driven environment
  • Strong people management skills, including performance management, coaching, and developing team members in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
  • A collaborative leader who can cultivate a high-performing team culture, focused on delivering excellent service and fostering accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively across departments and liaise with clients.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality services.
  • Familiarity with digital project management tools (e.g., Jira) and understanding of construction project documentation is a plus.
