Full Job Description

We're seeking a highly experienced, motivated and innovative hands-on Technical Delivery Manager to play a pivotal role in leading and delivering change within our platform. You'll be responsible for managing change to complex systems, solving challenging problems, and mentoring and line managing junior change practitioners.,

  • Change lead large scale, high impact, projects providing Cloud Security consultancy
  • Be proficient in leading technical conversations with Partners of varying levels of technical background, including Senior Management and other Subject Matter Experts
  • An expert collaborator across internal, external, and 3rd party teams
  • Can provide education and mentorship covering multiple security and technical topics to support different teams on those topics, and drive upskilling
  • Strong commercial awareness and excellent business acumen
  • Ability to lead the production of Security Standards, Policies, Designs and other such collateral
  • Ability to be hands-on to understand core issues and work with relevant teams to resolve

    The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic change, a passion for technology and commitment to delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. You'll be a technical manager and driving the delivery of the next generation technical platform for the organisation., Must have a good understanding of the Bank's cloud strategy and alignment to Bank's objectives
  • Strong financial management skills
  • Proven change management delivery (end to end) with good understanding of both fastpath and agile methodologies
  • Partner management / 3rd party supplier management and engagement
  • Strong communicator at various level e.g. Project, Programme, Executive
  • Identify shortcomings, then suggest and implement improvements to existing business practices, while developing and delivering projects within the organisation's change management programme
  • Assist in the design and implementation of a compliance programme while ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards
  • Develop and/or delivers a contingency plan for significant aspects of the risk management and/or control process

    The Cloud Platform team is on the journey to create the next generation technical platform for Lloyds Banking Group that will be at the core of one of the UK's biggest financial service transformations. We're looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to join our Cloud Platform TDM team within the Cloud Platform.
