You will be an integrated part of our customer account structure, fostering strong relationships with our customers and collaborating closely with our Delivery Partner. Together, you will create an environment that promotes innovation, collaboration, and customer success. By owning the technical and managerial support for our field engineers, technicians, system administrators, subject matter experts, and product support personnel, you will empower them to deliver, manage, maintain, and deploy IT services effectively. When it comes to troubleshooting incidents, problems, changes, and escalations, you will be at the forefront, providing swift support to fix any issues that may arise in malfunctioning services, operations, software, or equipment. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our systems run smoothly, offering our customers a seamless experience. • 10+ years of experience leading IT delivery teams covering all disciplines
• Well versed for direct and constant interaction with the customer
• Strong knowledge of the entire software development lifecycle and experience in Chapter delivery of software products
• Strong understanding of digital product development, usage and application
• Expertise in project scope, risk planning, change control, reporting, and overall project governance
• Strong communication and influencing skills secured from engaging with diverse stakeholders, mainly C Suite
• Proven track record in management of demand planning, forecasting, budgeting and prioritisation of project work within the team
• Expert understanding of Agile delivery frameworks, processes, practices toolse.g. Scrum, Kanban, Jira & Confluence
• Strong people management skills and strong ability to build and engage teams in support of client outcomes
Preferred Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline
• PMP, and/or ITIL or TOGAF certifications
• Certified in one or all of SAFe, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional
