Full Job Description

In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of commercial technical delivery outcomes whilst enabling a culture of continuous development that nurtures a world class technical delivery organization. What you'll be doing

  • Ensuring that all impacted teams understand the delivery plans
  • Delivering quality assurance of team output
  • Managing resource management, performance standards and work prioritisation
  • Engaging with clients and suppliers including internal stakeholders (regular stakeholder comms) and supporting the team with their engagement
  • Ensuring that platforms/components have sufficient capacity to meet delivery commitments
  • Engagement as required to bring parties together to clarify and resolve issues with requirements, designs, & priorities
  • Manage any issues identified post deployment and escalate as appropriate
  • Identify pre requisites to technical deliveries and ensure that they are delivered
  • Identify when technical deliveries are at risk and take corrective action to resolve

    Good to have - Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or other relevant Agile certifications
  • Good to have - Sound knowledge of change management processes
  • Good to have - 2+ years of proven delivery management experience with a track record of successful deliveries
  • Must have - Demonstrates excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organisation reaching out when needed to resolve issues
  • Exposure to varied development methodologies - Waterfall, Agile
  • Ability to proactively solve problems that deal that impact own projects e.g. demand profile planning including location, skill and resource
